I help people of all genders connect to their bodies through the mediums of energy-work, therapeutic touch, body focusing and nondirective coaching.
My toolbox includes a variety of somatic exercises which support the finding of each client’s personal boundaries, inform their understanding of consent, and guides them to (re)discover their unique relationship with themselves.

I have a range of 1-1 offerings including consent and boundaries work, relationship coaching, massage/touch, and scar tissue remediation. I also facilitate group workshops and speak at events

I’m Kirstine. Training to become a certified sexological bodyworker has taken me on an epic journey in understanding myself more fully. It has inspired me to take this work into the world and allow more people to connect to the messages contained within their bodies, to heal parts of themselves, to be witnessed with radical acceptance.
